

The shell of the JAVS28 – 4D – 7KW single – gun 32A single – phase AC charging pile for electric vehicles is made of high – temperature – resistant and flame – retardant materials, featuring fire – proof functionality. It has a built – in 4G wireless communication module, enabling direct communication with the charging platform. It can also be connected to a micro – server via the RS485 bus and then to the charging platform through the micro – server.
This product complies with the new national standard and can meet the charging needs of most electric vehicles. The product has built – in detection functions for voltage, current, temperature, and leakage. When the current is excessive, there is a leakage, or the temperature is too high, the system automatically cuts off the charging. The product has metering and charging functions, and it automatically calculates fees according to the charging conditions set by the operator. It also realizes the time – of – use charging function.
This device is easy to operate and only requires three steps.
The operating steps are as follows:
(1) Insert the charging gun of the device into the AC charging port of the electric vehicle.
(2) After scanning the code and making the payment, the device automatically starts charging.
(3) After the charging is completed, put the gun back in place.

Use four wires (three 6mm² cables and one network cable) to form a bus – structured network. Up to 32 charging piles can be connected to each network. Each micro – server supports four such bus – structured networks, so each micro – server can be connected to 128 charging piles.
These 128 charging piles are connected to the micro – server via the 485 bus, and the micro – server is connected to the central server (the central server can be a cloud server) through a 4G wireless network.
