JAVS28-3B2: Two – circuit charging pile socket

One smart socket can charge two electric vehicles simultaneously. It can charge four electric vehicles a day (one batch during the day and another at night). On average, it costs one yuan per electric vehicle (most users pay 2 – 3 yuan each time). So, it can earn 4 yuan a day, and 1460 yuan a year. Với a 50% gross profit margin, the annual gross profit is 730 yuan.
In a residential community with 5000 households, there are over 8000 electric vehicles (400 smart sockets need to be installed). If 20% of the users charge their vehicles every day and the average cost per vehicle is 1 yuan, it can earn 1600 yuan a day. That’s approximately 600,000 yuan a year, with a gross profit of 300,000 yuan.
If 20 such communities are developed, the annual revenue can reach 6 million yuan.

Risk Assessment for a Residential Community with 5,000 Households
In this residential community with 5,000 households, it is planned to install 10 charging points. Each point will be equipped with 40 smart sockets and 1 IoT micro – server.
The equipment to be purchased and their quantities are as follows:
400 smart sockets: Each costs 80 yuan, so the total cost is 80 * 400 = 32,000 yuan.
10 micro – servers: Each costs 480 yuan, so the total cost is 10 * 480 = 4,800 yuan.
Total investment: 32,000 + 4,800 = 36,800 yuan
Income Projection: The annual income is expected to be 292,000 yuan, and the income in 5 years is 1,460,000 yuan.
Each socket earns 4 yuan per day, so the annual income per socket is 1,460 yuan.
The annual income of 400 sockets is 1,460 * 400 = 584,000 yuan.
The annual gross profit is 584,000 * 50% = 292,000 yuan.
The contract is usually signed for 5 years, so the total gross income in 5 years is 292,000 * 5 = 1,460,000 yuan.
The ratio of investment to income is 36,800:1,460,000 = 1:41, which means for every 1 yuan invested, you can get 41 yuan within 5 years.
Based on the above – analyzed data, the risk coefficient is 2.4%. Such a project is worthy of investment.

Generally, products from our competitors can only be set to charge a certain amount per hour, like 1 yuan for a specific number of hours.

However, we can set multiple charging fee levels, for example:

(1) For charging devices with a power less than 200W, it’s 1 yuan for 4 hours.
(2) For those between 200W and 300W, it’s 1 yuan for 3 hours.
(3) For those between 300W and 400W, it’s 1 yuan for 2 hours.
(4) For devices above 400W, the charge is based on the electricity consumption per kilowatt – hour.

This approach has numerous benefits. It can increase revenue and boost profits.

This system features remote monitoring and control functions, which significantly reduces after – sales service costs. Meanwhile, it enhances user word – of – mouth.

Our design goal is to achieve a state where minimal after – sales service is required.

JAVS28-3B2 Smart Socket

The JAVS28 – 3B2 is a smart socket with dual – charging functions. It has a rain – proof feature, allowing for outdoor installation without the need for a rain shelter. The socket can support charging devices with a 220V 10A current. It is externally connected to a 220V AC power supply and is also connected to an IoT server via a 4 – core wire. The 4 – core wire adopts the RS485 bus structure, which facilitates construction and reduces construction costs.

The JAVS28 – 3B2 has the following functions:

(1) It has a current – limiting protection function.
(2) It can measure voltage and current.
(3) It has a cable temperature detection function and will automatically cut off power when the temperature exceeds the specified range.
(4) It has a metering function.
(5) It can achieve tiered charging fee function.
(6) It is connected to an IoT micro – server via the RS485 bus.
(7) It can support payment methods such as scan – code charging and card – swiping charging.
(8) The metering accuracy is 0.2%.
